I was wondering do all olives have the same amount of fat? I noticed I don't stay full for long when I eat green olives as opposed to olive oil. Also does anyone know how much protien and fat is in soy cheese? Thanks. Andrea

Don't know about the soy cheese--you'd have to read specific nutritional info for that. Olives do vary, but will say on the label the amount and fat content. Sears' guiidelines are just that--you may have to check to be sure. :) Ronica
