does anyone use stevia in tea or on oatmeal? it doesn't have any carbs or sugar but it is sweet. do you think it is ok? they say it doesn't effect blood sugar, it just taste sweet. what do you think, is it safe for the zone?

Stevia is Zone friendly and works great. I have it in oatmeal, cottage cheese, and home-made lemonade. Charlie
