I have this special tuna salad thing in a tin...has peppers and stuff added to it...the label says it is 18g carb and 1g fibre, 16g protein and 7g sugars. can anyone tell me how this would work out for lunch? i want to make a 4 block lunch with it...and i am still having such a tough time working out the formula!

Hi Gill:
You should be complementing your "Tuna can" with 2 more blocks of Carbs, 12grams more of protein and your 4 blocks of fat intake...
You can refer to the food block guide on www.drsears.com for an easier way to measure favorable foods. :)
