    Just wish to say hallo to all zone pals!
    I'm reading this forum for over 5 months now. And in Croatia we have similar forum for people that are paractising the Zone.

    I'm 33 year old. In this 5 months I lost over 33 lbs and my waist is thinner for over the 10 inches. My high blod pressure is normalised, without medications..

    Zone is working for me!

    Dear all, just wish to say hello to all the zone pals and to say that the Zone is still working with me!
    Over past 15 months I have lost over 77lbs and my waist is thinner over 18 inches!
    I look and feel better than ever in my whole life!
