Hi Everyone- Maybe I am a day late and a dollar short :) but this stuff is wonderful! There are so many uses for it, I am discovering new ones everyday! I put it on salads, over pasta, in casseroles, with fruit, etc. It is easier to calculate with, than regular cottage cheese, because it is pure protein. Serving Size = 1/2 cup (113g) Fat = .5g (Sat. Fat = 0) Carbs = 1g Protein = 20g If anybody has more ideas on uses, please post! I haven't tried it in ice cream. I know Jim (soonipi) says that regular cottage cheese in ice cream is good because of the similarity in texture. Smoothies might work, too. ??? Happy Thanksgiving! Michelle

Hi Sandra- I find it in the regular cottage cheese section of a large grocery store in the city. I can't find it in our small town grocery store. It is Dean's brand. Michelle
