    Hello all!

I'm getting ready to embark on the Omega Zone (ordering the stuff today!) My daughter is 2 years old, and i wanted to know if she is too young for this? If she's not, what is the appropriate dosage for her?

A search at drsears .com provided the following:
When infants can take solid food Dr. Sears suggests 0.5 grams of omega 3's or 500mg (1 OmegaRx capsule = 600mg)
For infants over the age of one: 1 - 2 grams of Omega 3's per day. That
would be approx. 2 - 3 OmegaRx capsules.
Children over 6 - 4 OmegaRx caps per day.
You may review additional information and comments by Dr. Sears regarding children and infants at www.drsears.com. Using the search feature and entering key words such as "fish oil supplementation for kids" or just "children"
