I've got most of the books and have been successful losing weight in the past, just need to re-lose about 20 lbs. I stopped zoning and slowly the lbs. came back, I lost a bunch doing WW's CORE/Zoned it, but still have 20 or so lbs to go.

Hi! Im in Aurora. Having a really hard time getting back in/on the Zone. (have the fat thyroid problem too). Was doing really well--140-- until major life/stress issues the last two years. Now Im 192. Need to lose 50 pounds. Would be great to have a pal (or pals) to talk to that understands. Did weight watchers on suggestion of my doc. UG. Zone is way better but again, I cant seem to get focused or have self control to stay on it. Im new to online buddies so please be patient with me. Thanks! And good luck to all of you! :D

I'm hypothyroid, and have been very successful with the Zone. I lost 100 pounds over two yrs time 13 years ago, and I've kept it off evern since. Taking it one meal at a time helps take the self control issue out of the picture. I'll be glad to help if you have questions! I look forward to hearing more from you!

hi, i'm in SW Colorado... Pagosa Springs to be exact. i am new to the zone.

I live in SW Denver, Littleton actually. Perhaps some of us could meet in a neutral location such as Whole Foods (Wadsworth and Alameda) for a meeting once a month or so. What do you think? I have been folloing the zone nearly a year and lost 50 lbs in the first 6 months. I feel great and have maintained my weightloss very easily.

Perhaps we could start a Facebook page, a closed page. I could do that if anyone is interested.
