I was wondering if I should eat more of my blocks in the morning or in the afternoon. Does it depend on what time of day I excercise? I usually excercise in the evening, but isn't is supposed to be better to have larger meals in the morning and smaller at night? Andrea

Yes it is, Andrea. At least most folks find it so. If you feel you need a little more before or after your workout, though, eat accordingly.

4-4-1-3-1 sounds perfect. If you are still getting hungry before 5 hours, you could add one microblock of monounsaturated fat to breakfast and/or lunch without throwing yourself out of kilter.
