Hi everybody!!I am a Medical Student. Nowadays I’m having a lot of exams, and i need to work hard and be really focused to pass ´em. I asked my friends how to have a little help and they recommended me Intelectol. i talked to my doc and he explained me that it increases blood flow to the brain, so it can receive more oxygen and sugar, improving major cognitive functions. As a vasodilator, it also has other excellent effects...notice that viagra is also a vasodilator.....hehe if you want i can explain you the benefits i have noticed. |

While Intelectol may produce the benefits you mention we would suggest following the Zone and supplementing with high-dose fish oil first. Controlling insulin and supplementing with omega 3’s would produce the same benefits of this drug with no side effects. Supplementing with high dose omega 3’s makes one smarter while reducing the risk of chronic disease.

During exams I take some supplements like Acetyl-L-carnitine 500 or 750mg and phospholypids from soy lecithin. All it taking always Zone Diet with RxOmega but out there are many supplements very good (lipoic, carnitine, q10, tocotrienols, rhodiola...) with no side effects which improve health and reduce diseases. |

And now, among other benefits of polyphenols in Pomegranate, some recent studies are finding out that for mild instances of ED, Pomegranate has been found to have benefit. |

Vinpoectine, which is the active ingredient in Intelectol, is referenced in Drs. Roizen and Oz' new book "You, Staying Young" p. 38. They do not recommend taking it, stating there's not enough evidence this supplement from the periwinkle plant helps, and it can drop your blood pressure. If increased cerebral blood flow is your goal, ginko has more evidence backing it. In terms of an "anti-aging pill" - the subject of your post, in addition to all of the Zone products and diet I recommend Longevinex. This has trans resveratrol, the ingredient in red wine that activates the Sirtuin 1 gene that is also activated by calorie restriction. It also has vitamin D3 and quercitin. |
