Hi, does anyone have any thoughts on this? I have been taking PGFO -- about 5.7 g. daily of omega 3's -- since about April. I started "zoning" with my food about 4 to 6 weeks ago, and I am still learning how to eat in the zone, both in terms of what the food should be and how to fit it into my lifestyle so I would say I'm in the zone maybe 75% of the time. I just had a blood profile done and my cholesterol dropped from 239 down to 211 since about this time last year but my GGT, a liver enzyme, increased significantly into a "high" zone -- I forget what those numbers were. So one of the things my doctor mentioned we would explore further was 'fatty liver' disease. Could that be a result of the PGFO -- I'm taking the higher dosage because I had tons of little things wrong with my body that I thought it might help with and at 60 and overweight I knew I had a lifetime of abuse to my body that I would have to clean up. If my dosage is too high, what would it do to my body? I'm reluctant to lower it, not just because of the lower cholesterol but because of things like disappearing joint pain, dissappeared rosacea, dissapeared acid reflux and other wonderful disappeareds.
I'd appreciate any comments,
