Today's reply to a question, by Dr. Barry Sears, about sending a child off to school with a zoned lunch was probably inaccurate. Not about the bread, but rather its source. I beiieve the correct source is French Meadows rather than Fresh Meadows. I've used their bread for several months and like it a lot. I recall Dr. Sears giving it his blessing on the old forums.
