    1 packet Swiss Miss made with splenda 1C 3/4 cup Atkins fat free milk 1P Mix and enjoy. NOTE you need to add one block of fat.

    mmm........... sounds good i can never find Atkins milk :( Sometimes i just dont look hard enough escpeccially at Walmart Splenda ah? I just heard that only had 19 tests on it ocmparead to sacchin which had hundreds so i dont know if its safe or not i know Aspartame is bad and Sacchrin.
