I do a form of weight training called high intensity training. I workout once every 5-7 days. I do only 1 set of weights until the muscle group I'm working has reached complete muscualar failure. Each workout lasts only about 20 minutes or less.

My question is about activity level. Since I only lift so infrequently but with such intentisity, how do I judge my activity level? Is it by the time spent in the gym only? Doesnt the intensity factor in? If so, how do I adjust my blocks accordingly?

I used the Zone calculator and was told I should be eating 3 block meals and 2 block snacks. Im wondering if this is sufficient amount of protein to help me build the muscle I want.

    Thanks in advance.

Your activity level should be based on the details provided on the drop down menu for activity factor. (http://www.zoneliving.com/ZoneTools...ult.aspx). If you’re doing only the 20-minute intense training consider “light” if you’re doing more during the week try increasing the level. If you experience loss of strength or longer recovery between workouts consider adding in a little more P/C/F per day. Reaching complete muscular failure will increase inflammation. Following the Zone and supplementing with EicoRx will help reduce inflammation and recovery times. You may find Chapter 18 (How to Build a Better Athlete) in “The OmegaRx Zone” to be of interest.
