    Hi everyone! Hope there are some people from the Boston area who will see this. I am somewhat new to the area and have been a huge fan of the Zone for years now. I have never had a weight issue, I'm in very good shape, but I feel so much better in the zone. Hope to hear from you.

    Hey there Michael! Im from Boston and ummmm.......well, my name is Boston. Corny as hell but I didnt get to pick it...lol:D

    Just starting the zone tomorrow. Finished reading the book yesterday and trying to plan my meals for the week. I just posted a question on the "weight loss" section about walnuts, maybe you could take a peek and tell me what you think.
