Hi All,
I am currently weight training 4 x p/wk and supplementing with a protein/carb shake 20 minutes after completing my workout.
Just wondering wether or not this post work out shake counts toward my daily protein/carb block intake? Is this counted as a snack?
Thanks,
Julian

Yes, count it toward your daily block intake. Also take care to be sure it's Zone balanced.

Susan hit the dot! Make sure you know your daily protein block intake. You can find that by the "Body fat calculator"
