I am new at the zone. Today is my 3rd day and I am finding myself getting hungry sooner than I should. Is this just an adjustment time or should I be concerned?

There can be variations with regard to your hunger response, depending on your carb choices. How soon after you eat are you getting hungry, and what are you eating?
