Hi, Yes I use them, not every day, but frequently. I use the powederd form in jar. It's much chaeper than capsule form. My favorites are both by Yerba Prima, their psyllium husk (either powdered in the jar or the whole husk in the canister) and their "Daily Fiber Formula" which comes powdered in a jar. You can use up to a Tbsp. at a time of the whole husk, or a tsp. at a time of the powders, up to 3 times a day if you like. Dr. Sears has commented that fiber supplements are an excellent addition to the Zone. If you take them at mealtime, they will also help you to gain better control over blood sugar and insulin levels. The carbs from both these supplements I mentioned are most all from soluble fiber so there is no need to include them in your carb count. :D Sue
