Yes, you should increase, and every day, not just on the days you exercise. Depending upon how much of your exercise is aerobic, how and much strength training, you maylso do well with 13 blocks. Be sure to keep monitoring LBM after you increase blocks. If you see it decreasing, then increase by a block. [/color:6be9c789c1] |
