Hi there, I have been on the zone for the past 22months and have lost a total of 37kg. Over the past 3 months I have come off the rails a little and in the hope to get back on track I have joined the gym! Previously I have not done much exercise but am loving it! My question to anyone who feels like helping is, I usually have eaten 11 blocks per day. Now that I am exercising at the gym (usually 1 hour 5 times per week - whether that be cardio, weights or yoga), should I be increasing my daily blocks? My specs are Height 66 Weight 158 Abd 32 Hips 36 My second question is - if I do increase blocks - do I do this every day of the week or only on the days I work out? I am sure these are silly questions that many of you have answered time and time again, but I am hoping to get the right. I love the zone and want to get back on track 100% including exercise as part of that! Thanks for all your help!

[color=darkred:6be9c789c1]Hi, Yes, you should increase, and every day, not just on the days you exercise. Depending upon how much of your exercise is aerobic, how and much strength training, you maylso do well with 13 blocks. Be sure to keep monitoring LBM after you increase blocks. If you see it decreasing, then increase by a block. [/color:6be9c789c1]
