this question concerns me, too. When I exercise I seem to go out of the zone. I feel bloated. It's confusing as to how to adjust the diet for exercise. I walk an hour a day 2x week, eliptical machine 2x week for 30 minutes, cybex for lower body, and I use an exercise band for upper body strengthening 3 to 4 x weekly.
When I do no exercise at all, I stay completely in the zone.
Please help :)
