I was at Wal-Mart yesterday and noticed Atkins now has milk. The 2% milk has 4.5g of fat, 3g of carbs and 12g of protein per cup, the chocolate milk also has 4.5g of fat, 3g of carbs and 12g of protein per cup and the skim milk has 0g of fat, 3g of carbs and 12g of protein per cup. I thought this could create so good recipes. I am not that creative but alot of you are and Im sure everyone would love to hear some ideas. I was thinking maybe a milk shake. |
