Hi everyone, I have been eating dinners late and having my bedtime snack around 45 minutes to an hour after dinner and 15 minutes before bed. Is this what I should be doing or is going to bed an hour and a half after dinner enough time that dinner counts as the bedtime snack? Thanks!

[color=darkred:e98e561073]I also recall that in another Ask Dr. Sears Q and A , Dr Sears replied that if dinner was eaten within 3 hrs of bedtime it would be ok not to have the bedtime snack (that had been the specific question asked). If you do this, be sure to have an extra balanced block during the day.[/color:e98e561073]

Thanks again Sue, It would definitely help me out a lot to have that extra block during the day, especially on gym days. You may have just given me a solution to my gym day hunger problem.
