Protein Blocks

    I used the calculator and it told me I need 16 blocks of protein. Right now I'm eating 14 blocks: 4 Breakfast 4 Lunch 1 Snack 4 Dinner 1 Snack I am eating the same for fat and carbs except I've dropped the carbs by 1 block on the meals. So if I am suppose to increase by 2 blocks the snacks seem the obvious place to do that but what do I do with the fat and carbs do I increase those as well to keep the proportions correct? Thanks

Thanks[/quote:477cdf8867] Protein, Fat, & Carbs should be in balance, but tweaked to your needs to stay in the zone. Yes, I would add the extra 2 blocks to the snacks. You really do not want more than 4 blocks per meal. Any more than that, and all of the excess is converted to fat, even the protein.
