My son is very overweight. I feel responsible in the fact that I havn't givin him the right tools to eating. Now that he can choose for himself I feel at a loss to teach him right now. Is there anybody out there who has a teen who has significantly lost some weight and wouldn't mind being a coach for my son. My email addy is aries1396@hotmail.com. Thx,

People won't lose weight until they want to lose weight. As for your son, have you taken him to a doctor. A nutritionist can help for dramatic weight loss and if he has psychological problems a doctor could help find the root of that. I'm sure the zone diet would be good for your son. That said, when a kid is "very overweight" medical intervention can be a good thing. Good luck!
