Hi, I live in rural Australia. I am looking for other zoners in Australia who could help me to figure out some of the ingredients listed in the zone recipes. Can anyone tell me what is turkey bacon? Also, where do I get the chocolate whey protein powder mentioned in some recipes? I haven't seen it in the Zone products pages. Does anyone know what name it is sold under or where I could buy some? Or, alternatively, what do I add the the Zone protein powder to make it chocolate? It was 4 months before I finally tracked down steel cut oats on a city visit. I was delighted to find that they taste much better than the rolled oats which my local grocery shop stocks. Now that I have a packet to show them, my local shop will try to stock them for me.

[color=darkred:3aae406489]Hi, You could simply add cocoa powder. You wouldn't have to count the C and F because you're not adding much, and a large part of the C in it comes from fiber.[/color:3aae406489]

Hi jbe, Have just come across your post and notice it is almost a year ago. Wonder how you're going with it? I live in SE Qld and have just been zoning for a few months now. I wasn't sure of turnkey bacon myself, but am just using very lean bacon. If you have an Aldi near you, I found they sell packets of bacon slices, eyes only, and very litte to no fat. It comes in two stay fresh packs, so I can use one (putting the remainder in a tupperware container) at a time.
