On the old forums, I once read about mixing applesauce with protein powder ??/? and olive oil or fish oil as a kid's Zoned snack. Does anyone remember this or have some ideas? Thanks, Robin

Hi! My daughters love to have as snack: 1/4 C. skim riccotta cheese 1/2 tsp almond or peanut butter or slivered almonds unsweetened apple sauce. You can mix everything together, or mix the cheese with the butters, or protein powder and then have also a fruit.

<a href="http://www.TickerFactory.com/"> <img border="0" src="http://tickers.TickerFactory.com/ezt/d/3;23;124;0;0/c/-5.5/t/-13.5/k/d8eb/weight.png"></a> It is very good too, if instead of the ricotta you use cottage cheese. (cinnamon, vanilla, stevia, slivered almonds on top)
