:!: :?: Hi, I have the nutritional information for, say, green beans, French-cut; so I often measure 2-3 cups of FROZEN green beans, figure out the blocks via the nutritional label, then cook them. BUT...when it says serving size = half a cup, etc., does it refer to frozen vegs or cooked? Green beans are greatly reduced in volume once cooked. Do I measure AFTER I cook it, or while it's still frozen? :? Thanks Alexy

I once emailed the company about this very same question. They said that they calculate the nutritional information on the fresh, not frozen, produce. So you measure it once it is thawed or cooked.
