I absolutely LOVE this fudge! For a true blue chocolate junkie like myself, it is THE BOMB! Only problem for me, is I can't find powdered SKIM milk anywhere, only fat free. How can I alter the recipe to make up for the fat deficit? (Not more flax seed, please! I like what's in there, but wouldn't want extra)[/color:80e4b8a080] [/color:80e4b8a080]

I think fat-free is the same as skim. That is what I have been using and I feel fine after I eat the fudge. (Someone correct me if I am wrong).

I do not count the fat in the flax seed. 8)
