I've just switched from a high-protein diet to the Zone. The book says that the protein requirements for the "typical" female are 3 oz./20 grams per meal, and with snacks, it adds up to 75 grams per day. However, I train 7 days a week, at least 2 hours a day, sometimes more, doing Muay Thai, boxing, grappling, MMA, and weight lifting (yes, I realized that this is overtraining, but never mind that). Are my protein requirements higher because of that? If so, how do I adjust and keep everything in balance?

Use the "Very Active" level along with your measurements to calculate your protein needs.[/color:150913aa80]
