I can't believe that I did this, but now that I did, I wondered if anyone had any advice on how to "fix" it. I was tired and in a hurry, so instead of making a good breakfast, I whipped up a smoothie. The problem is that the recipe was for 6 blocks, and I just didn't think--I made the entire recipe rather than half of it. And I drank all of it. Delicious. Now, I feel bloated, have a splitting headache (and Motrin 600 mg didn't relieve it). I know I can't do anything about that meal, but what would you suggest I do for the rest of the day? I can't take time for exercise, since I am at work, although I feel like a good walk would do me some good. Maybe I can take a walk on my lunch break, but that is still hours away. Any suggestions?

Then I would only eat one block super favorable snacks spaced 1.5 to 2 hours apart until I was caught up on the extra blocks consumed at breakfast. That should get you back into the Zone a bit quicker than just going back to the planned meals --at least it does for me.

I started to feel slight hunger about 6 hours after the meal, but I didn't get your message, and I had my normal lunch--3 oz beef sauteed in onions, artichoke hearts, garbanzo beans, also some almonds for fat (along with olive oil that I sauteed in). I did feel more hungry this afternoon, my lunch did not really sustain me. I don't know if I would have had any better results doing it the way you said, but if I start preparing meals in my sleep again, I will try it your way next time.
