    HI;
I am traveling to Singapore, leaving (early) tomorrow morning, Friday morning (Friday evening Singapore time).
Arriving Saturday/Sunday midnight/early AM into SIN airport. And leaving Singapore Saturday morning, 28 April.
Know of any good Zone friendly restaurants in downtown Singapore?
I will be staying at the Swissotel.
    Thanks!

Well, it has been SOOOO long since I last visited (LOL). Seriously, I have never been there, but I wish you a safe trip and I hope that you have a great time there, don't work too hard, enjoy yourself. And, I am still praying for good seats on the plane!

    Will miss you here...

At the airport, looks like all good seats.
    Booked myself an empty row.
Put armrests up, lay across, and hopefully the 14 hour flight, then the 7 hour flight will not be so bad.
Only 1 hour to Newark liberty from NH, but I had to be here 2 hours early for International,
and one of few airports with free wifi.
I have my order of ZONE Fast foods with me for the flight and in checked bag for the hotel week.
(Before they were discontinued, if they are not confiscated ....)
CHEERS! I might still pop-up, depends on how much "Touristy" stuff I do,
after the work day - ts a Conference where I am delivering/presenting for 4 days.
looking forward to Singapore, itself - just not the flying ...
    .
Got my NOOK, magazines, books, MP3 player, melatonin, neck and headrest pillows, and Zone Foods ..
Other than not having my wife with me, nor being in First/Business class,
I guess it could e worse - like flying on an AirForce Cargo plane like I did when my USAF tour in Okinawa was completed in 1983.
BUT, I was much younger then, too ...

Sounds like you are all set. My dad does not go ANYWHERE without his nook!

Did you know that there is melatonin in cherry juice? I was not aware, but a friend of mine was taking a tsp (or tbsp, I can't remember) of cherry juice at bedtime, and I did some research and found out.

About the Zone foods, I was digging through my freezer and discovered that I still have 1 bagel left from the last time I ordered (over a year ago). So, just pondering if I am going to eat it, or just toss it out?

IN any case, enjoy yourself, I am awaiting some good stories about Singapore, where you ate, what you did and saw... ENJOY!

It is 2:30 PM Tokyo time, (Unlike most USA major airports, free WiFi at Narrita-Tokyo airport)
and13 hours ahead of USA Eastern Time or 1:30 AM).
I survived the 13 hour flight. I had a whole 3 seat row to myself to lay across.
That and the Zone Bars (NOT the now defunct Nuegat bars), an apple, and
the string cheese I brought with me, supplemented the airplane food,
what I ate that is. In 1-1/2 hours I should start the boarding for the 7 hour flight
to Singapore. Zone bars doing well. I should arrive in Singapore at around midnight
Saturday (12 Noon USA Eastern Time).

Last leg, 7 hour flight, OK.
    Zone foods (bars) helped immensely.
Seating on ANA (Japan Airlines) Do NOT recline.
Plenty of pillows, and middle seat empty.
    I survived.
And good thing I had Zone food with me,
Immigration a slight delay for me.
Who knew a passport expiring in two months can cause problems?
I was informed that now, most non-European countries, especially,
really only like passports expiring in 6 months or longer.
I was delayed 20 minutes and required additional documentation,
and I need to keep an exception card with my passport!
Oh well .... At least I was in the Zone and had energy to deal and stay calm.
