Hi, my name is Megan & I'm looking for Zone diet pals. I wanted to try this diet in the mid 90's but never got around to it. Now I am supersized & sedentary. I'm a Christian & ultra-liberal/progressive, so if you can put up with that, let me know. :D I intend to lose all excess bodyfat & then change the world. :P Reply, Facebook me, whatever. |

| "You're not like the others. I've seen a few; I know. When I talk, you look at me. When I said something about the moon, you looked at the moon, last night. The others would never do that. The others would walk off and leave me talking. Or threaten me. No one has time any more for anyone else. . . |

Hi Megan, it can definitely be done with the Zone. I lost 100 pounds about 17 years ago and have easily kept it off ever since. Great suggestion by Tech to read a Zone book. A little bit of Zone knowledge is all it takes to begin changing your life for the better. I'll be happy to help if you have questions. Good luck! |
