Hi everyone and my fellow Canadians! This is my 4th day and I'm doing good. Can't believe how it fills me right up! :shock: The only thing I am finding hard is just getting my meals together, with working full-time and having a family it can be a bit hard. I think this weekend I might try to do some home-made Zone "frozen dinners!" Anyone else here in Ontario?

Hi everyone! Looking for local buddies for mutual moral support & encouragement with both Zoning and exercise. I'm in St. Catharines, Ontario. Anyone nearby? A little about me: I recently turned 40. I lost 15 pounds on The Zone back in July-October 2003, and felt [b:1dd7316447]fantastic[/b:1dd7316447]. Although I have been pretty good about eating a Zone breakfast ever since, the rest of the day's meals have been a write-off; I (stupidly) gradually started re-introducing bad carbs into my diet, and the weight has crept up again. I'm almost back to my July 03 weight. :( The last straw was this past long weekend, when I tried to get into a pair of jeans I had bought after losing the weight. I couldn't even get the zipper up!! :shock: Reality check!! :? I just finished re-reading Mastering The Zone, and am ready to commit to this lifestyle for keeps this time. Went to order products online but it says there is a $44.00 dollar shipping charge. Does it matter how much you order?? and is there anywhere in Canada we can order to avoid the shipping charges?? or maybe similar products?? Cheers to better health!
