Anybody from the Billings area?

I don't know if you have had any reply's.....I am in conrad MT ( 60 miles north of Great Falls). I am currently using my husbands screen name.

I have just started looking into the zone diet. I have lost around 25 pounds since January, but have seemed to stalled in losing any more. I'd like to drop my body fat about 15 more pounds.

Have you done the zone diet long? Have you had much success? What else have you tried to live healthy and look good?
