I think I better stick with using the forum this time! I know you and Anne-Marie were both interested in the results of my AA/EPA test, and I am pleased to report that it came in at 1.94 I had been taking between 4-6 capsules of fish oil for several weeks prior to my testing and was pretty sure I was at my correct dose since I was headache free and nails are as strong as can be, but it was nice to have it confirmed. I know you will be testing soon, so any questions just give me a holler![color=violet:e9cb641cff][/color:e9cb641cff] crumbelina :P

Hi crumbelina.... Great Results! If my daughter hadn't blown her transmission I was going to have mine checked last week, but $1900 set me back a bit. I've been trying to reintroduce PGFO again. I'm three days into taking one capsule a day, and while I haven't experienced the gastric problems or nasty headaches that I have in the past, I feel like I have itchy bugs crawling all over me! I felt this in the past when I started out taking six per day and this time it is less itchy. I guess I'll try and stick it out another day or two and see what happens. I really do need to get my levels checked as it would be interesting to see just where my levels without having used FO for an extended period of time. Maybe Santa will bring me a test! Jim
