I'm in the Prescott area. Anyone else here with me?

I am in Prescott Valley. I could use a zone buddy. I have tried everything from liquid diets to gastric bypass. I have even gotten into trouble with the oat flour muffins from the zone cookbook! Yipes. I have 113 pounds to lose, living with insulin resistance, sugar addiction and great willingness to change my lifestyle permanently. I am currrently recovering from foot surgery which will allow walking and exercise in the near future. What are you up to? Namaste...Laurie

Hi there everyone. I too am in North Phoenix. I am new and in need of getting control of my eating. I have picked up two of Dr. Sears books, "Enter the Zone" and "The Top 100 Zone Foods". I would like to talk to others in the Zone. I need to read through the books and learn to get the correct foods at the store and prep the meals in advance to make it easier to cook.
