The Zone is better than WW, even if you don't have a possible health problem! :-)
My tip is to have fun with it. Don't get caught up in counting every little gram. Follow the simple Zone rules, and don't get cautght up in measuring every little gram. That isn't necessary. For best results focus on eating lots of veggies and fruit for your carb, and take fish oil (Omega Rx or Eico Rx).
