    Hi, I want to know if the OmegaRx is for everybody and how much I should to take and for how long time? Thanks 8)

    Hi, Yes, Omega RX is for everybody. It's recommended that one begin with 4 capsules (which is 1 teaspoon of the liquid) daily, and adjust from there to meet one's specific need. The amount of fish oil one needs is very individual. You can read more about it in the book "The Omega RX Zone", or by doing a search of this site. Sue
