Hi Sue, Wow 100lbs!! Way to go! I am aiming for 50 lbs and hope to be successful this time
I came up with a breakfast idea i just want to make sure it is right. 1 Scoop of whey protein (20g) of protein and (9g) carbs. 1/3 a banana (9g) and 1 cup strawberries (9.48g) and 9 almonds (4.5g) of fat. Does this sound about right?? This would be my 3 block breakfast.
