    Recheck the Zone Calculator.
And yes that does seem way too high.
Did you enter your weight in lbs.?
    Wrist/waist measurements in inches?

    Hi William,

When your stats are above limits of the calculator (300 lb and over is above the limit; 160 kg is about 352 lb), Dr. Sears recommends to assume your LBM to be half your total weight and calculate blocks by hand based on that. LBM times activity factor gives the daily protein requirement. Divide the protein requirement by 7 for the daily block requirement. The activity factors are as follows, Sedentary 0.5, Light 0.6, Moderate 0.7, Active 0.8, Very Active 0.9, Elite athlete 1.0. Using this method, if your Activity Level is Moderate your block requirement would be 18 blocks daily (352 lb/2 = 176 assumed LBM; 176 x 0.7 activity factor = 123 grams of protein required daily. 123/7 = 17.6 blocks daily. Round it up to 18 blocks).

Hey guys,Thanks heaps for the help!!!!!.sorry Sue to bother you i just want to get it right!!!.okay soooo my level of activity is very active(0.9) cause i've started doing crossfit/strongman training as of today im not your typical 160kgs guy im of pacific islander(tongan) so were big but not lets say obese by bmi records but yeah im still over weight!!!!.So going off your formula 352/2=176,176x0.9=158 grams of daily protein.158 /7=23 blocks of protein is that correct???

Correct! Best way is to split it into 3 or 4 meals of 4 or 5 blocks each and eat the rest of it as snacks. A tip, work them
In a 1, 2 or 3 block snacks. Sacks do not need to be limited to 1 block each.
