Has anyone tried the "Dr. Sears’ Zone Weight Loss Support Tablets"?
Just wanted some info from experience to see how / if they worked.

Dr. Sears Zone Metabolic Digestive Support also contains ECGC. I alternate between the two products.

I am really not a "supplement" kind of gal, and I don't take many supplements at all (except for fish oil, vitamin D and calcium). When I read about this supplement, I figured it wasn't for me because it really doesn't seem to add anything to my diet that I wasn't able to get from food--and being realistic, ECGC isn't going to speed up my fat loss.
However, it might be useful for those with slower metabolism. |
