I am just starting the Zone but I have a question about the 1, 2, 3 method vs. the non 1, 2, 3 method.

When I used the block calculator to determine my number of blocks it showed 11 per day. I figure his would translate to 3P, 3C, 3F for my three meals plus 2 snacks at 1 block (1P, 1C, 1F).

BUUUUT when I look at the 1,2,3 method it says the typical female should have

1F, 2C, 3P per meal ....I am confused.... Can someone please clarify. Thanks!

I looks like you've mistakenly applied blocks to the 1-2-3 method and you've changed and order of the macronutrients. When using the 1-2-3 method you would eat twice as many grams of protein as fat, and three times as many grams carbohydrate as fat. A 1-2-3 method meal for a woman translates to this: 10 grams of fat, 20 grams of protein and 30 grams of carbohydrate. Using the block method to put together a 3 block meal comes out to basically the same thing (specifically, 9 grams fat, 21 grams protein, and 27 grams carb).
