I am on the Zone since last May and it's great!! I've lost 28.5 pounds but the great thing is that I am on this 'way of life diet' for so long (7 months!!). I am 26 and I've tried many times in my life to loss weight, but I always re-gained it! (Sometimes double) The only worry I have is that I am drinking coffees two a day (decaffeinate + low fat milk) is this to bad? Is it real that we shouldn’t drink water for around 4 hours after a meal? (And if we do that should be small mount?) Another thing that I would like to have more information on, is blocks does anybody has seen an article referring to the blocks? I am working on sending some Greek Zone recipes :D .
