i was just wondering, i know many of you probably use the zone, balance, or omegazone bars. Do they work for you all? Do you lose weight or still lose on this "diet" using these bars? Another silly question. Has anyone "lived" on the bars and lost weight? you now have a total of 6 bars a day? i know they aren't really healthy, i was just curious! please let me know if you have weight loss sucess with the bars. thank you!

Good Morning.... A) I use both Zone Perfect and OmegaZone Bars. B) I typically have them as breakfast SOME days but when I go away of fishing trips, I eat them exclusively for breakfast and lunch...for up to a week at a time. C) Zone Perfect bars "hold me" for about 2.5 hours. After that, my stomach is rumbling and growling. OmegaZone barskeep my hunger under control for aboput 3.5 hours. D) I find that the best way to utilize these at Breakfast or lunch, is to wither have one at 6:30 and another at 9:00 or else I actually have a half a one about every hour and a half. This actually is what works best. I've lost close to 90 pounds now and I use these at one point or another on a daily basis. Jim

thanks for the info. wow 90 pounds that is encouraging. although guys loose faster then girls ofcourse. i just hope it works for me! i just got the omega zone bars they are great!

I literally go NOwhere without at least one bar in my car, satchel, pocket, or bicycle saddle bag. No better way to control hunger and blood sugar on the road.
