Hi Attilio, I have been a vegetarian for 20+ years now. "almost" vegan for about 10 (I still eat a few cheeses and eggs one time per week) I have been Zoned for 2 1/2 years and I love it also! Robbin

I'm a pescetarian (So many different ways of calling it) vegetarians who eat fish.

I tried being a vegan but I'm not the biggest fan of Soy either, after trying it for about a year I was falling into a case of anemia (Or at least that was my Doctor's conclusion) so I brought it up to pescetarian for the high Omega3 value in fish.
