    Hi!

I know this is a difficult question but I'd like to know how many desilitres of natural soya milk (made of powder) contains one protein block? The thing is that I'm visiting a Medical Health Center in Romania and the meals for the staff are totally vegan. Sometimes the only source of protein in one meal is soya milk. I wouldn't like to have too much protein nor too little at one meal.. Plus, soya milk contains also carbs, doesn't it?

I'm thankful for your help! !

Hi Outi! How have you been? It will depend on how the amount of powder they use. With the typical soy milk not from powder 1 cup (8 fluid oz) is about 1P and 1C. You can convert that to dl using an onilne conversion tool (google it). Good luck!

Thanks I've been well! It's just a bit harder to stay on the zone when you're travelling or when you can't prepare your own food and you have to keep asking all the time what each food contains. But it's just a question of motivation and creativity! Thanks for the tip, I'll handle some how
