Blocks in TVP?

    Can anyone tell me how many Zone blocks is in a serving of TVP (texturized vegetable protein)? TIA!

    According to the Zone book, Top 100 Zone foods, soy hamburger crumbles, which is made from TVP, is 1/3 cup per protein block. Hope that helps a bit.

    Erica, go by the nutrition label on it. 7g protein is 1 P block. 9 g carb (that's total carb minus total fiber) is 1 C block. 3 grams of fat is needed to fully balance one complete block of P, C and F.
