Does anyone know if this book worth it for Vegetarians? I haven't had a chance to pick a copy up and peruse the pages, I hate wasting money on recipe books only to find them jammed packed with meat recipes... Should I just buy The Soy Zone? I'm just getting into the Zone Diet I haven't even fully read up on it yet. |

"The Soy Zone" is very worth it! (and it doesn't contain any meat recipes) |

Sue, I think your answer might be a wee bit confusing. I don't have the Soy Zone, but I use the Zone Meals in Seconds book every day, and you'd be hard pressed to find a dinner recipe that didn't have meat, poultry or fish in it. I've just taken another look, and the lunch recipes also have at least one non-vegetarian ingredient. You must have meant that the Soy Zone doesn't have meat recipes, right? |

Thanks Wendy! Yes, I meant "The Soy Zone". I've just edited my previous reply for clarification. :) |
