I have been researching about the Zone and it sounds like a very sensible plan, but a little confusing at this point. I ordered a book, but would like to get started before it gets here. I just have a few questions: (1) I saw the 7 day meal plan, but it does not include calorie/carb/protein counts. How do I know how many calories and such I am consuming? According to the calculator I am supposed to eat 77 grams of protein a day. (2) Most of my protein comes from veggie burgers (Morningstar is my favorite), but I would like to expand that. Any suggestions for an affordable Zone friendly protein powder? I'm sure I could think of a million more questions, but that is it for now. Thanks! Heather |
