I will be introducing solid foods to my daughter soon. Reading over past questions posed to Dr. Sears, he recommends sticking with rice cereal, but supplementing with protein powder. I am wondering how much to add, anyone know? Thanks! :D

She may not necessarily eat the whole thing at first, but increase little by little to work up to it.[/color:4e56fe0493]
