    Hi,

My 16 month old grandson is here for a visit, and I thought it might help someone to see his typical meals for a day. Here's what he ate today.

    Nursed

Breakfast: A bowl of yogurt with added berries and a little mango (Trader Joe’s Mangolicious, a frozen mix of berries and mango); a cup of water

Snack: smoothie made of spinach papaya, tofu and water

Lunch: Ground turkey, green pepper, tomato, onion, and hummus on 1 slice of Zone multigrain bread; a couple of Zone bagel chips, a cup of water and a little bit of Zone granola and some blueberries.

    Nursed

Snack: smoothie made of spinach, peaches, yogurt and water

Dinner: a spoonful of frozen peas (as an appetizer); Trader Joe’s Smoked Chicken Chardonnay Apple Sausages, black beans and a little bit of chopped apple (cooked together with onion powder and olive oil). Peach slices for dessert, plus part of an apple and a cup of water.

    Nursed.
